SUPP UP. was created from a desire to be able to maintain health and fitness levels no matter the circumstances or environment, and share that knowledge with everyone - whether you need to stay mission-ready or boardroom-sharp, no matter where your job takes you.
Being and eating healthy does not have to be overpriced, and everyone deserves to know how this can be accomplished by cutting through the pseudo-science seen today; this is what the SUPP UP. nutrition and workout guides are all about.

SUPP UP. is a grassroots business that first took root in 2017, founded by Sol and a small team, with a mission to make a tangible difference in the lives of military and civilian communities. Sol's vision was to offer a unique approach to nutrition and workout guidance that cut through the clutter of complex and often misleading information prevalent in the health and fitness industry. Backstory.
SUPP UP.® was forged in the field to solve one problem: How do you stay lean, strong, and mission-ready when your environment is working against you?
“I remember putting together a rough sketch of a guide, a way I could keep my nutrition and fitness levels at the standard I wanted while traveling…little did I know several years later I’d share that guidance with a wider community looking to do the same thing.
I had been working out for many years by then, always in sports when I was a kid, weight lifting and conditioning through high school and all the way through college.
I’d done solo traveling, studied and devoured all there was to know about nutrition, fitness, and the mind over the years in my free time, while getting a couple degrees under my belt. Having my mental and physical faculties primed and ready for anything that got thrown my way was important for me.
When traveling for my career, the one thing that stuck out the most in my mind were the restrictions and lack of access to things I’d usually have at my fingertips.
I was very familiar with the word “discipline.”
I was very familiar with the word “discipline” in adolescence.
Growing into an adult, this caused me to think and work in a very specific way. Where there was choice, I would exercise it fully and gain maximum use out of opportunities…and where there wasn’t, I would find ways to make limitations work in the best way possible.
The mind is a funny thing.
SUPP UP. was born from years of cumulative knowledge and circumstance. Humans’ greatest gift is being able to exercise the mind during circumstance and limitation. The mind is a funny thing. You have to consciously tell it to push forward when your senses are telling you otherwise.
I wanted to have (and found) a way to maintain my health and fitness levels no matter the circumstance. I also realized I eventually wanted to share this knowledge with others.
Many moons later and I’m still sharing, but this time with a platform of my own.
